Timetable recap, useful information and registration procedures for OUT & GTO races
Here below you can find all useful pre-during-post race information:
Each participant must pass by this area. It’s the designated area for the procedures of:
registration and confirmation of participation in the race;
bib and goody bag assignment;
handing-in rest area bags.
The registration desks will be divided by number. To stand in the proper line follow your starting list

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT
Present yourself at the Race Office with the following equipment and documents:
-Race back pack with all mandatory equipment
-Valid Identity card
-Valid Medical Certificate (if not previously sent via email – Check on website)
N.B DELEGATION – For the athletes who cannot complete the registration personally, it will be possible to complete the registration procedures with a delegate who will have to show up with a signed delegation and a copy of a valid identity card of the delegating person (or people) and all equipment listed above. The delegated people will have to present themselves with:
-Their own identity card with photo
-Assigned Starting List number
-Back pack, which will be used by the delegating person during the race, with all mandatory equipmentIn case of total or partial lack of documents and/or mandatory equipment, the organization will not validate the registration.
OFFICIAL TECHNICAL BRIEFINGS
The official technical briefings, which we firmly recommend you to attend, will take place at the Race Office at the “PalaNorda” Sport Center, Piazzale E. Tiraboschi, Bergamo:

Athlete’s private individual assistance is allowed exclusively in designated areas at some official refreshment areas, and absolutely forbidden along the trail and non-designated points. Athlete’s assistance is allowed only at the following refreshment areas:

Rif. Alpe Corte - km 80
Passo di Zambla - km 97
Selvino - km 116
Rif. Alpe Corte - km 13
Passo di Zambla - km 29

SHUTTLE SERVICE - TRANSFERS FROM BERGAMO TO STARTING POINTS
Only and exclusively the athletes who have requested the shuttle service during their online registration will receive, during the in-person registration, the specific bracelet that will guarantee access to the shuttles.
The shuttles will leave from the “PalaNorda” Sport Center, Piazzale Enrico Tiraboschi, Bergamo:
OUT – to Clusone

DON’T MISS OUR APPOINTMENTS
Thursday July 30th 2015 – double appointment at “Domus Bergamo” in Piazza Dante, Bergamo.
At 6:30pm there will be the Opening Press Conference of the Reda Rewoolution Orobie Ultra-Trail®
At 9:00pm a conference named “Mental preparation for endurance sports” hosted by Pietro Trabucchi, psychologist and well known for his studies regarding resilience.Between the two appointments there will also be the chance to taste, at the Domus Bergamo, a genuine and local “aperitivo”, consisting in bread, cheese, salami and a homebrewed beer at the agreed price of 10 euros.

to get to know and understand all the information and eventual last-minute changes regarding the race and logistics.
