You have written so many messages to have a last chance to register with MTO, so we decided to satisfy you!
In doing so, however, we considered appropriate to give a hand to a Bergamo-based ONLUS with whom we share a passion for sport and nature, but also attention to the mountains in all its aspects: the Roby Piantoni association.
In addition to having accomplished great mountaineering feats, in Nepal Roby had also been interested in how to improve the lives of the people who live near the mountains on which he was going to climb. His friends and family members, after his accident, have therefore decided to found an association to carry out his projects. In particular, "Teachers for Nepal" has as its objective the economic support of schooling for children living in the most remote villages of the Makalu Valley, Nepal.
The new solid bibs will therefore have a cost of € 150, of which 50% will go to them.
To apply for a solidarity race bib, starting from today until June 30th (but 50 places will end soon: hurry up!), write an email to iscrizioni@outbg.it with the object "MTO Solid Support Request for Nepal".
